Regional Lifesaving Championships
The Regional Lifesaving Championships 2023 are taking place on 10th September at Ipswich High School, Woolverstone, Ipswich from 9:30am - 12pm

Here are the categories:
Championships and heats shall be held in the following categories:

12 – 14 Girls Pairs

12 – 14 Open Pairs

15 – 17 Girls Pairs

15 – 17 Open Pairs

17 - 19 Girls Pairs

17 - 19 Open Pairs

Ladies Individual (16+)

Open Individual (16+)

Masters Ladies (Age Groups: 30-39 years; 40-49 years; 50-59 years; 60+)

Masters Men's (Age Groups: 30-39 years; 40-49 years; 50-59 years; 60 - 69, 70+)
The competition will consist of:

Aquatic initiative test

Life-support initiative test
-
Line throw
-
Swim and tow (non-contact)

Rookie Lifeguard Competition
The Rooke Lifeguard competition 2023 is taking place on 10th September at Ipswich High School, Woolverstone, Ipswich from 12pm - 1pm
​
This is an opportunity for those younger club members to compete in a fun type competition hopefully, in readiness for competing in the heats in years to come.
​
