Ipswich Lifesaving Club teaches children vital life skills to help stay safe and rescue others when in or near water. We are affiliated to the RLSS UK and run the Rookie Lifeguard and National Lifesaving Academy Programmes. Based at Fore Street Pool Ipswich, we focus on pool based skills. In the summer, we make our way to Felixstowe beach to gain rescue and self survival skills in open water. Still not challenged enough? Why not take part in competitions including the RLSS UK National Lifesaving Championships, where you can put your skills to the test!
